In Vermont, the right-of-way or easement is, unless otherwise stated, 1 1⁄2 rods (~25') from the road centerline. Parts of the creek, culvert, driveway & parking area, mailboxes, fenceline and gate as well as a portion of the electric service area are within the easement.
